I was contracted to design and deliver Data Migration from OpenInsight Revelation (CrossCare) to Servelec RiO. I also used SSIS to re-organise the CrossCare Document Repository and prepare extracts for upload to RiO I joined the project with only 6 months until target go-live and have helped the CIC design and plan their configuration as well as developing conversion scripts and working with services to re-plot multilevel data into a format that wass clinically acceptable within the considerable constraints of the RiO migration tool.An additional data migration was required to repackage source data into a framework for a bespoke archive viewer tool.I also supported the advanced technical design and configuration of RiO and designed service flows through the system. This included transformation of JSON stored data into structured data, and analysis and extraction of clinical coding which the product uses as a primary reporting method.Finally, I was the technical reviewer for the due diligence process carried out as part of an options paper for the Project Board.
