1. In charge of creating SOP (for brand of Kipling);2. Responsible for assisting factory inspection in Indonesia, including customer data verification, process coordination, hardware review, capacity bearing, human resource qualification, cooperation improvement and certification follow-up;3. Be responsible for task deployment, coordinate the implementation of various departments to ensure completion of product development, online, bulk and shipping on time;4. Analyze the product cost, build the model of raw material, labor cost and management fee, and allocate the process parameters to maximize the profit;5. Analyze market trend, collect industry information and communicate with clients to make development plan quarterly and annual;6. Assist to build up the sample room in Dongguan, and construct double line development center to achieve company's core strategy of "Dongguan first - Shanghai Second".

1. Responsible for the whole process of product development, including project preparation, sample review, quotation, and order contract;2. Coordinate with sales, PMC and production team to assure the smooth delivery of orders;3. Allocate distribution ratio of order in each production site to balance quantity, quality, delivery date for customers;4. Provide professional POS packaging promotion solutions to meet the customer cooperation standards;5. Lead the team to solve the problems of design, material, cost and deal with customer objections, etc;6. Improve the development process in parties and shorten the cycle;7. Train new comers and deploy their positions reasonable;8. Deal with the emergency cases in departments daily.

1. Responsible for docking with design team for the adjustment of bag’s function and application, and constantly expand the product category for marketing;2. Proofreading, translation, sampling and quotation, send orders to the factory and order management to deliver goods on time and follow up the cash payment;3. Search and develop some creative materials to clients, Managing the supply chain to keep their competitive in quality, delivery, cost, MOQ and so on.4. Travel to Vietnam regularly for IQC and QC with clients before goods shipping, in charge of sales reports and predict development plans for the coming future;5. Promote team’s development ability in product structure, material identification, technical process and BOM, etc.
