Through this internship at JMI, I am developing skills in project and event management, digital marketing, public relations, and cross-cultural communication, while gaining insights into the European cultural sector and the operations of an international NGO. In addition, I am involved in UX and SEO, working closely with a developing team on the Mubazar website. My responsibilities include optimising the user experience by conducting usability tests, analysing feedback, and ensuring the site’s SEO strategy enhances visibility and search engine performance. This work is allowing me to apply my design knowledge from uni in a practical and technical environment.

In connection with a Ph.D. project, I have been responsible for transcribing a series of focus group interviews. The focal point of this was a reinterpretation of the experience when visiting the Anchers Hus Museum.
