Through service coordination I ensure that my participants get any paperwork, such as recertification for food stamps or Medicaid, done in a timely manner. I meet with them at least once a month to ensure they are getting the services that they require and make appointments for them as needed. I find my job to be very fulfilling and I go home everyday feeling like I've accomplished something good.
