With my overalI work I brought the core meaning of the organization to communications and marketing. I brought the organization’s target group’s voice, stories and accomplished work out. I planned and created an annual report of the accomplished work and the stories of young people involved with the organization. This included handling the entity and creating everything according to the organization’s marketing needs: interviewing, writing, photographing, creating visuals and keeping the brand present.I continued the work with internal communications and cooperated with the local offices and brought them more knowledge about communication and marketing value and aided them to market themselves. I created materials and templates for them to use. I continued to develop the external communications and marketing. I led and executed a complete website redesign and a charity webshop redesign. This included planning, creating and planting the content for the web platform (Wordpress). I designed the layout and functionality and took in account the strategy purpose and brand. I planned and executed campaigns. This included planning, creating content, laying out visuals and taking in account the target groups. I created ads for different digital platforms and analysed the results. Campaign ads achieved impressive results that contirubuted to all the communications and marketing goals that I had set. I was in charge of events through Finland. I marketed and arranged events, handled registrations, sent invitations, created materials, was responsable for the overall visability of the events across digital channels.In addition my tasks were planning and executing the communications and marketing plan, writing, social media, photographing, newsletters, creating ideas and campaigns, cooperating with locals communication and marketing needs, creating and handling events, upkeeping and updating the website and the charity webshop and image bank.

I was the first full-time employee in communications and marketing in the organization. I established the communication, created framework, developed the basic tasks as a regular and functioning part of the organization and operations. With my input and knowledge communications became a relevant and permanent part of the organization, and the value was understood.My tasks included upgrading the image bank, creating marketing campaigns for digital channels, including copytext and visual layout for the campaign materials. Essential part of my work was upkeeping, guiding and supporting the organizations local offices around Finland. I also managed and mentored a communications trainee. In addition my daily tasks included writing, photographing, upkeeping the website, newsletters.
