People inspires me, value motivates me, solution hunting energizes me and change makes me feel stronger.Building on my background as a scientist at AstraZeneca I have developed into Lean Sigma Black Belt facilitator and project manager, leading and facilitating change projects, innovation activities and team development and effectiveness. The key capabilities I build on to deliver are costumer and delivery focus, Lean Sigma based philosophy and structure, strong facilitation skills and an engaging can do attitude.I have a sound background in pre-clinical drug development though my years as senior research scientist and manager at AstraZeneca. As a team leader I have lead establishment new organisation and processes for biological activity screening.When not locked up in an office I'm outdoors enjoying the open air and adventure sports, an invaluable source of energy. I share this passion through the forest school groups I have set up and run and as a scout leader. Making it possible for children to explore and develop in the open air engages and energizes me most fundamentally.
