As a member of the Billing department, we provide new users with their server and account information and assist existing users with canceling, upgrading, downgrading, or changing active services or accounts. Other primary duties include transferring existing services to new hardware at the request of users, restoring server backups, and providing evidence and data to PayPal and Stripe regarding chargebacks and transaction disputes. The primary forms of contact with end-users are through either WHMCS Support Tickets or text-based LiveChats.
