Ida is the recipient of the Chancellor's Award of Excellence, Pacifica Graduate Institute's highest award, for the work with iRewild Institute and the Haiti micro-loan program.

Oneness.Life is a micro-fund in an area of Haiti that has been forgotten by most everyone. These interest-free, recycling microloans help families in Grande Goave, Haiti to start small businesses or buy trade tools so that they can earn a living and create a micro-economy from within their own community. These small, interest-free loans are an economic opportunity for people who otherwise may continue to suffer the cycle of extreme poverty. We help women to build a livelihood, sustainability, and work their way to self-determination. We encourage and empower women to turn their talents and skills into prosperity. Over the last 4 years, numerous women have started their own business despite deep levels of poverty and desperate circumstances. These small businesses now provide reliable income to feed and educate their children while also increasing their own sense of empowerment and self-esteem. The fund has sustained zero bad debt due to operational efficiencies.
