The company had only one pilot going when I started and my responsibility involved but was not limited to; deciding upon market entry strategy in the K12 segment, defining and forming the sales process – identifying key accounts and stakeholders, pricing, marketing, outbound outreach, account management and implementation. Fin-tech company Avanza Bank is Sweden's largest online bank and I was recruited to start up the new sales office in Gothenburg. I worked in our business development team and focused on pre-sales. Due to my success I got the responsibility to instruct and coach my co-workers. As of today, even a few years later, I still maintain the highest pre-sales record and the best KPI:s.
