Ida Harding, Pmp is a Member of BOD and Director of Volunteer Management at Wells Bring Hope. Colleagues describe them as "I have known Ida since 2011 while working as a volunteer for LiPM and PMI CoP assignments. She is an excellent manager and a great people person. It was a great learning and enriching experience and nevertheless extreme fun. She instills a great team spirit and gives complete ownership of the assignments, which in turn brings out the best of all team members. Since the team members were mostly globally dispersed, she has always takes the extra effort to bring everyone under the same understanding of the assignments and also touch base with each team members regularly. She encourages the team to bring in creativity and fresh perspectives to the table. And, take painstaking effort to make sure all the ideas and suggestions are projected to the LiPM council. Ida’s expert knowledge of Project Management, Program Management and the PMI along with her passion for education and collaboration on these programs has been invaluable. To me she is a great inspiration and a mentor. Her passion to make a difference to the social causes across the globe is commendable. Her project for “Wells Bring Hope” foundation touches the life thousand who are deprived from the basic amenities and spreads hope & joy in the remotest corners."
