As a cyber security expert at National Authority on Electronic Certification and Cyber Security, I am passionate about safeguarding the national cyber space and ensuring the resilience of critical information infrastructure. With over 5 years of experience as a trainer and consultant in network and system administration, I have developed and delivered multiple courses and workshops on Mikrotik RouterOS, Cisco, and Fortinet solutions for various clients and organizations.In my previous role as a system and network administrator at Vienna Insurance Group AG Wiener Versicherung Gruppe, I was responsible for managing and maintaining the network and server infrastructure, implementing security policies and best practices, and troubleshooting issues across multiple sites and platforms. I also participated in several projects involving data and telephony systems, fire alarm systems, intruder systems, voice and evacuation audio systems, building management systems, and CCTV systems. I have a master's degree in information technology from Universiteti i Tiranës and several certifications in network security and administration.
