As an English tutor, I teach my students both basic and advanced grammar and vocabulary. I help them with schoolwork, prepare them for tests and graduation exams of various levels. I had over a dozen students of various ages (from 8 to 43 years old) by now, most of whom stayed with me for 2 or more years. My classes were described as interesting, perfectly prepared, varied, and adapted to the individual needs and skills of the student. I put emphasis on the practical use of English so that they can freely communicate in this language outside of the classes and be able to work in an English-speaking company.

Kołacze Węgierskie is an outdoor restaurant serving a variety of Hungarian and Polish dishes. My duties mostly include customer service, resolving customer concerns, and taking care of my workstation, but occasionally also preparing and serving the food. During most days we provide exceptional customer service to up to 400 customers. Part of my duties is also training new staff in working the cash register, guest services, preparing the food and restaurant policies and procedures. I became the go-to person on the team for dealing with the toughest clients and worked the register during the most challenging days. I was also frequently acclaimed for my individualized approach to the client, great performance under pressure, and effective teamwork.

My responsibilities include:• Assisting customers on chat• Ensuring that the highest possible level of quantity is delivered and every case is investigated deeply, using available tools, sources, all necessary documentation and providing a correct rationale for the decision in order to record the steps taken during the investigation • Escalating suspicious activities to relevant teams• Handling sensitive and confidential information• Participating in testing of new releases or updates of systems and procedures
