- Providing technological support to MT East’s sub-agents with the network of 10 000 points of sales- Managing projects of network and point of sale infrastructure development.- Coordinating Technical Support Service group, implementing processes and procedures to improve Technical Support Service operating efficiency.- Identifying sub-agents’ technological needs to optimise service delivery and ensure business growth- Support regional operations initiatives to achieve established revenue and network development objectives
