Although I recently transitioned to Corporate Social Responsibility, DEI, and Philanthropy, it wasn't a difficult transition because I am the founder and Executive Director of my own nonprofit, Dignify A Diva, Inc. The crossover to corporate philanthropy allowed me to bring my own nonprofit skills to the corporate office and ultimately I was able to use them in concert with my management skills. I am people oriented and comfortable working with different departments to achieve corporate social responsibility and philanthropy goals. Troubleshooting for a mutually beneficial outcome for the company I work for and my customer, whether internal or external, is what I strive for. Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Forms. I remain passionate about my professional and personal growth and development.
