• Recruit, gauge, and hire top talents• Serve as an ambassador of Manila Recruitment when reaching out to candidates, cold calling candidates for positions and professionally representing the company.• Attract candidates by drafting advertising copy for use in a wide range of media, as well as by networking, headhunting and through referrals.• Identify, screen and present top talent to clients• Manage candidates throughout the interview process• Leverage candidate tracking systems to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process• Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates• Responsible for effective and fast recruitment processes both internal and external clients.• Provide excellent client management service; work with clients, building relationships in order to gain a better understanding of their recruitment needs and requirements.• Responsible for providing current recruitment knowledge and trends within the market
