I was proud to lead the teams that carried out the Psagot group merger and acquisition(may 2021)., in which the long-term savings activity was merged with Altshuler Shaham investment house, and the financial activity was sold to Value Capital group.This significant project was managed for two years and included many aspects such as - introducing the company to potential investors, legal and regulatory support including complex regulatory approvals, establishing a DATA ROOM, managing the DD process, pre-LOI analysis, responsible for the different tracks and teams (Product, Business, Accounting, Tax, HR, Operations, etc), supervise the synergy/integration planning and support the deal Structuring and the final SPA documentation while keeping business continuity.• The CEO's right hand, an executive management team member • Supporting all aspects related to the Board of Directors• Establish legal and strategic procedures for the company• Advice on all legal, risk, and regulatory aspects of the business • Reviewing, drafting, and negotiating a variety of commercial agreements to support the company's business
