• Managing a team of 3 Planners responsible for procurement and production plans as well as inventorymanagement.• Initiate and lead improvement process within supply chain using LEAN methodology.• Develop and prepare short and long-range planning plans (Inventory policy, utilization, products operationmodels).• Establish tools & processes for material, COGS and E&ND analysis.• Facilitate the monthly S&OP process and execute action items.• Monitor and proactively manage supply chain constraints (LT, cost, liabilities)• Mentor and guide WW planning teams.• Daily collaboration with R&D division, engineering, purchasing, production and warehouse.

• Risk analysis, costs, inventory, forecasts, KPI and solution implementation.• Leading and implementing the “Lean” methodology.• Planning the optics department.• BOM and COGS management, MRP release and responsible for NPI / ECO approval.• Work with many interfaces (finance, R&D, engineering, procurement, manufacturing, logistics and customer managers).• Work enviroment: Oracle, Office, SharePoint and Agile.

• Raw material planning and released PR based on production constraint and storage capacity.• Manage subcontractors and performance monitoring.• Managing items with long lead times imported from different suppliers.• Planning customer orders, analyzing forecasts and identifying bottlenecks.• Execution and supervision of the Production plan based on the constraint of the various production departments.
