    So we took an empty data center in Teaneck NJ added a 2nd floor and converted it to a private Jewish school that provides quality education at a very affordable cost. The school board was hesitant to start the project because of their limited financial resources however Construction Management Resources were able to negotiate a Not to Exceed contract with March Associates and the project was completed in time for the new school year and with shared savings to be further invested in quality education. Did I mention that Guzzo & Guzzo Architects successfully turned this empty warehouse into a beautiful, contemporary building with architectural elements that enhance and promote learning environment
