At peleg consulting, We have been leading and facilitating dialogical based consulting, team building and change management projects in the educational field: school principals, regional supervisors, Heads of education departments in municipalities, and teacher training. we use innovative tools and methodologies such as Lego Serious Play, Biomimicry, and Lumina Learning, together with large scale interventions such as world and pro-active cafe. I have co-founded The Courage Academy, together with Yoav Lev-Ran, as a unique platform that offers tailored courage building workshops, seminars, retreats and one one coaching sessions with couragous organizations and managers. We believe there is a courage crisis in our time, and we are passionate about helping organizations and leaders to create a culture that empowers couragous acts and mindsets.
