As part of the Product Tools and Operations (gPTO) team I developed a multi-phased strategy to scale product knowledge for Ads Data Hub (beta product) to support 3x increase in customers over the next six months. I worked cross-functionally with global Sales, Support & Professional Services, and Engineering teams to align on serviceability and to influence the product roadmap.
