Finished my BA in Organizational Communication and Business Administration in 2007. In my bachelor thesis I discussed the concept of Management by love (Åkerstrøm & Born 2001; Osholm)Writing my master thesis with the theme 'motivation and leadership of employees, based on differences and similarities with professional employees and volunteers'.

Together with around 1300 other dedicated volunteers in the entertainment section, and just as many artists, we arranged each year activities for our audiences including art installations, performances, architecture, Roskilde Cinema, Backstage Village (Mediebyen) and all other audience activities except the music. Always with focus of the audience and our collaborators experience.I had the overall management responsibility for the department's budget, staff, artists, and the progress of projects and activities. Furthermore it's was my responsibility to ensure integration with Roskilde Festival's overall strategy and ensure a constructive and effective cooperation with the Head of Roskilde Festival and other departments and their activities. Roskilde Festival is the largest North European music festival and has existed since 1971. We are a non-profit organisation consisting thousands of volunteers. Each year, the Roskilde Festival Society, which is the association behind Roskilde Festival, ensures that the profits from the festival are donated directly to humanitarian and cultural purposes.The job was based on voluntary work and therefore unpaid.

Project Manager of the entertainment section where I work with a number of other volunteers on the area around the scene 'Odeon' - 'Sustainable Stage'. Contact and coordination of a number of collaborators, including artists, internal partners, media etc.2008-2009 - Project leader of 'Climate Community'Together with 400 partners, volunteers, artists, NGOs, internal partners, craftsmen, I was project manager on one of the largest climate events in Denmark in the months leading up to COP 15. We created a city for the audience at Roskilde Festival with climate-related experiments as for example mobile-charging bicycles, biofuel baths, lectures, science experiments and a lot of wonderful art...I was responsible for the organizational aspects including budgets, contracts, media contact, schedules, deadlines, and staffing plans.

Working on various employer branding projects as project leader, freelance communication consultant and process consultant - both as permanent employee and as freelance.Projektleader at 'Uddannelseskaravanen' - small fairs for colleges and trade schools where larger companies especially in Denmark recruits new employees. Projekt assistant at 'Karrieredagene'. Large job-fairs in the fourth largest cities of Denmark. Instructor at team-building courses and training of managers.Freelance at the department of knowledge, making consultancies for our customers.

As HR Manager I have the responsibility for HR related activities, internal communication and employee-related law. Furthermore I was the project leader for implementation of the Microsoft based HR system, 'Mindkey'.NORRIQ is a consultancy company that works with IT solution development and sales, primarily Microsoft Dynamics ERP solutions. The NORRIQ group is established in Denmark, Netherlands and Belgium. NORRIQ’s staff includes some of the sector's most experienced Microsoft products and solutions consultants and counts 400 employees in Denmark, Belgium and the Netherlands.
