We as a US-IT Deployment Digital team known as US-IT mobile team perform all the deployment activities by defining and delivering practical information, assisting with testing and delivery of each product to the restaurant and end customers. We deal with implementing the lifecycle of each release for this critical product integration of applications (for example, Fiserv/First Data(Payments), and McDonald’s applications such as RFM, OCE, NPOS, eCP, and GMA) & impact analysis.Fiserv:• Technical point of contact between McDonald's (MCD) and Payment provider Fiserv.• Triaging Fiserv issues during the daily Defect Review meeting (DRM).• For any Fiserv payment-related issue in GMA (Global Mobile Application), I co-ordinate with the Fiserv team sending them the details regarding the issue for triaging.• Following up with Fiserv until the issue is resolved and facilitating working sessions/ Troubleshoot calls if needed.• Organizing meetings and facilitating Fiserv testing in QA and PROD environments.• Attending Weekly Fiserv/MCD Meetings as a GMA POC. I join this meeting to bring up any issues which need extra attention from Fiserv/MCD and, I make sure Fiserv deployments are not affecting any GMA Releases.• Unblocking/whitelisting of QA/ Dev/ Vanguard team cards/accounts in Production Fiserv environment• Addressing and Facilitating testing requests that come from Fiserv, MCD, or Capgemini folks regarding any new features, issues, or enhancements. I work with different teams according to the request, facilitate meetings, testing and share Results.• I ensure Fiserv/MCD Maintenance notifications are sent across the MCD team to ensure everyone is aware of the changes.

US-IT Deployment Digital (Global Mobile Application [GMA] Deployments):• Partnering with various business and IT roles to understand and gather requirements, align timelines/milestones to delivery of functionality. • Collaborating with Digital team and assisting in the lifecycle of each release to be delivered for this critical product. • Organizing and Driving the following meetings GMA Defect Review Meeting (daily), DAP Status Meeting (2x weekly), Beta Checkpoints (daily during GMA Beta), USMO Status Meeting (weekly), eCP Defect Review Meeting (2x weekly).• Ticket (Tasks) Creation, linking issues and Bugs with determining urgency level and regular follow up with teams ensuring that resolution goes out within specific timelines for different teams in McDonald’s Service Café and JIRA.• Perform Ad-hoc QA, Defect testing, and Production Global Mobile App (GMA) testing.• Performs smoke tests of newly delivered DAP builds. Perform Kill Switch testing between Sapient and GMA QA teams. • Creating and maintaining McDonald’s offers and deals in McDonald’s application called Offers create engine OCE in all QA environments.• Uploading MW config files in GMA Configuration Modification Tool for Sapient team to perform the testing during each GMA release.• Troubleshooting QA and STAGE environments.

Moments Deployments: • Creating tickets for Moments Deployment• I create service café tickets for STAGE and PROD deployments that happen every Wednesday and Thursday.• In case of emergency deployments - I create the service, café tickets and co-ordinate with DEP team for approvals and make sure the emergency deployment happens.• Before the Stage and Prod deployments, I need to provide DEP team the revision number for them to perform the deployment. For that I Update us-prod folder in SVN to make sure it's up to date Deploy. I update json and content files and Commit changes for JSONs and Content at the same time so that they're in the same Revision and Update the Service Cafe ticket with Revision # and URLs in the comment section. So that DEP has everything for the STG and PROD deployment.• I follow the same procedure in case of any category images/ nutrition emergency issues in the McDonald's mobile app. which require emergency deployments.

This project is an initiative to improve the existing mobile app based on an independent assessment of GMA capabilities and analysis with regards to emerging trends in Mobile applications, microservices, domains, and Layered Middleware.
