•Plan, execute and optimize all paid search and paid social campaigns including Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Pinterest Ads, Linkedin Ads, Twitter Ads & Youtube Ads.•Consistent A/B testing of creative, ad copy, CTAs, creative, audience targeting and landing pages.•Maximize ROI spending & profitability within & across paid marketing channels.•Manage high-touch stakeholder relationships via weekly/monthly performance meetings and strategy presentations. •Monitor bids, conversions, budgeting, impression share, quality score and other KPIs.• Provide recommendations and execute strategies for keyword opportunities, campaign structuring, targeting, display network, budget, and more• Generate scheduled reports for all major metrics, goals, revenue, and other KPIs•Analyze data and results on an on-going basis, identifying trends and determining key findings and insights (Google Analytics, Excel/Google Sheets)•Deploy and Monitor Conversion Tracking for clients through Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics and 3rd tracking software •Ensure deliverables are met consistently and on time•Test and optimize keywords, review search terms report, create negative keyword list•Utilize strong communication skills to develop and maintain close relationships with clients, vendors and internal teams•A focus on optimizing acquisition metrics – conversion rates, cost per acquisition and ROI by channel and media campaign.•Create and refine companywide PPC best practices based on current industry trends and best practices.
