I am a professional electronics / firmware engineer and versatile manager with experience across a range of sectors including start-ups, multinational companies, policing and my own consulting business. I am comfortable operating at all levels and across functions within and between organisations.I also enjoy the role of Business Analyst, marshalling inputs and resources from stakeholders, applying my knowledge and experience during analysis and acting as a conduit to suitable outcomes. One of my key skills is my ability to "zoom" readily between a strategic big picture and important details. I am comfortable dealing with both technical and human issues.Beyond a formal job title, I like to operate as a communicator, consultant, team-builder and agent for positive change.
