At a very young age, he developed more on his leadership skill when he had been appointed as Quality Control Staff Leader at Smart Cable (M) Sdn Bhd after 3 months of his probation period. Leading a QC team consist of local and foreign worker is the biggest challenge for him. Nevertheless, he believed that he has succeed in overcoming the issue by delivered company products that meet customers' needs and specification successfully.However, as time passes, he decided to pursue his career dream as an engineer. He has been working for Petrofac Engineering Services (M) Sdn Bhd and has been involved in various stages of engineering design such as FEED, Detailed Design and Independent Design Assessment for Green Fields and Brown Fields projects.
