Responsibilities and accomplishments:1) Explore new markets and search customers from the internet , related fair and different sales channels, then communicate with customers and prepare pricelist, PPT, item catalogue etc to provide the best support to customer, moreover, help customer to plan and perform the marketing strategy.2) Keep in touch with old customers, help them analyzing the market and solving their marketing problems to greatly increase their sales turnover.3) Follow up the order production: communicate with factory to prepare raw material purchase and product production; strictly check each procedure and push the factory to ensure the quality, delivery time and specification needs etc, which can be in accordance with the customer's request.4) Carefully check the goods in production and after production, then give assistance to arrange shipment and customs clearance and offering customers relative shipping documents.5) Master in foreign trade platforms: ALIBABA, EC21, Ecplaza & MIC. Be good at improving and optimizing its website shop. 6) Assist in exhibition preparations, often attend Canton fair , Hongkong fair and local fair etc. In the fair, receive new customers and invite them to visit our office and factory, then communicate details for future cooperation.7) Helped more than 60 customers(friends) developing their market business, such as Russia, Turkey, Israel, Australia, USA, Columbia, Iraq, Philippines etc, increasing their sales turnover more than 30% every year.8) Be responsible for translating relative files, user manual, catalogues etc. Make English Demo disc and offer sound recording of video.
