- Monitoring online players in every channels / servers- Handling and replying e-mails about Q&A, Errors, Troubleshooting, etc. from players- Collecting information from players about Bugs, Error, Hacking cases and Cheating probability- Design and held daily/weekly/monthly in-game events- Run a test and check for the new features before applying new patches to the live server- Create & organize the event for players- Maintain control over player with rude and improper behavior/word that may contain racism- Collect and to create a “recommendations from player” – report thus trying to make it possible- Manage and handles sales-related policies to further increase revenue
