I am the Executive Director at the NJ Democratic Assembly Campaign Committee and Middlesex County Democratic Organization. Previous positions include NJ Surge State Director for Harris for President, Coordinated Campaign Director for NJ Democratic State Committee to elect Phil Murphy for Governor, National Campaigns Operations Director with the Service Employees International Union (SEIU) 2016 Political Program, Client Solutions Manager with BlueLabs, Statewide Field with We Are Wisconsin/Field Strategies, Special Assistant to International President Mary Kay Henry with the SEIU and a Fundraising Director with the Hudson County Democratic Organization.My recent achievements include:- Recipient of the 2024 Campaign Excellence Award for Campaign Manager of the Year in a Non-Statewide election.- Was one of six appointed Commissioners on the New Jersey Congressional Redistricting Commission and worked as one of the senior staff members on the NJ Apportionment Commission from 2021 through early 2022. - Worked on over 250 local council races since returning to NJ, consistently delivered Democratic votes through a vote by mail program that solidified statewide Democratic victories, and led the team that was the only Democratic legislative pickup across two states during the 2021 legislative races. - Provided substantial non-profit management and leadership and successfully delivered multiple concurrent priorities in dynamic work environments- Managed a multimillion-dollar SEIU budget, developed a process to fund state-wide political programs, and worked with local and community partners to support the logistical requirements for 425 Member Political Organizers - Served as a liaison between the SEIU Legal Department and the Compliance consulting firm to file monthly and 24/48 hour FEC and state-level compliance documentation- Hired, led, and developed young organizers to recruit, train, and mobilize community members in each campaign.My qualifications include Bachelor of Arts degrees in English and Feminist, Gender & Sexuality Studies, and I have undertaken management training through the Management Center. My IT proficiency includes an excellent working knowledge of diverse technologies including social media platforms and I have published some poetry.I am highly adaptable and communicate effectively with diverse audiences.
