As part of my role I have a wide ownership on full life-cycle recruiting - source, attract and hire the best talent for Intel's future needs. Planning & executing effective and efficient recruitment strategies needed to acquire top talent.- Leading and managing working team of recruiters, sourcers and recruitment marketing professionals to meet the hiring plan and goals.- Working closely with business leadership and hiring managers to define hiring strategy and goals.- Leading and building hiring processes to create amazing candidate experience andmanager experience.- Applying knowledge of the Business environment and labor market Intelligence in order to enable the translation of the business imperatives into sourcing strategies that meet not only the current business need, but also drives the creation of talent pipelines for Intel future needs.- Hiring talent with disabilities Lead - build strategy plan to attract diverse talents to the organization (career fairs, special projects, ongoing work with various stakeholders such as non-profit organizations, academic institutions, etc)..- Hands-on recruiter for senior engineers, managing the Business engagement, putting together customized C&B package and developing job offer considering attraction & retention aspects.- Sourcing in a large range of sourcing channels (social media, college recruiting, external organizations, “traditional” channels etc.) while considering ROI, monitoring & measuring effectiveness.

HR partner for managers on various HR areas, implement HR practices and process in the org.-Consult to all level managers in all HR aspects: manager- employee relations, performance management, people issues, retention, development, termination process.- Manage org capabilities programs, implement org changes/process, support team building events in department and org levels, conducting interviews, focus groups and managers training.- Leading integration processes and activities for new hires and M&As: managing, improving and controlling massive integration processes, main focal point to managers in all integration aspects.- Data management – quantitative and qualitative HR analysis, data display.- Multiple interface with all HR teams (staffing, well-being, payroll, benefits..), deep knowledge in employment laws and organizational process.
