Work Experience Description 1. Create attractive designs concepts and layouts from preliminary designs till final designs and detailed working drawings and specifications for various interior projects.2. Prepares & Review designs, calculations, sketches, diagrams, schematic drawings, working drawings, develops details, develops specifications3. Prepare presentations (3D, 2D, mock-ups and renderings) for clients.4. Work with MEP Engineers to approve/ review fit-outs appointed by client or tenant.5. Specifying & Prepares material schedules and sample boards for projects6. Adopts creative and innovative solutions to assigned tasks and develops appropriate research and documentation to support these solutions7. Works with the team to communicate, solve, and update design for coordination and design issues.8. Meeting with clients in order to understand the client's desires to discuss project objectives, needs, and budget12. Provides technical guidance and assistance to Designers and Technicians.13. Manages day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope. 14. Generate a project summary report, after the completion of each project. 15. Participate in problem solving and implementing technical and practical solutions.16. Defining works completed, to assist accounts in preparing progress payment certificates. 18.
