IDSPE DEV LTD team focuses only on mobile multiplayer games.Among the projects of the company there are several titles like:Voice of Pripyat, Cube Day Z, Archery Masters and more.The dev team is based in Minks, Belarus.In the team I mainly focus on the game-design sides of the development. Working closely with UI, 3D Specialists and Tech team, I do a lot of balancing, features design and core loop improvements. Apart from that I manage the BI dealing with KPIs like retention, conversion rates, arpu and many more up to marketing stuff like CPI's. Finally I manage the company in all aspects like building the team, budgeting the costs and managing the burn rates

Restructuring the department, dealing with a vast games portfolio, overall monetization improvements.The department was below break-even point, in 5 month period we fixed that, and became profitable again.My main aim was to make the department profitable, once the goal was reached i decided to leave the company, to continue developing my own projects. The team still works according to the instructions i've provided before leaving.
