CurrentThe Fitton Center is a not-for-profit community arts center featuring a variety of programs, including: visual and performing arts classes, exhibitions, entertainment and theatre productions, for all ages. The Fitton Center's purpose is to provide unique arts experiences and to "build community excellence through the arts and culture."PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS:ARTISTIC• Full artistic planning, development and refocus of the Fitton Center, with over 40 sold out shows over the past three seasons, across all series. • Development & management of the nationally recognized StreetSpark mural program throughout Hamilton • Partnership development with the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame for their first gallery fine art exhibition• Placement of Hatched Baby and Baroque Trajectory public sculptures in partnership with City of Sculpture & Pyramid Hill Sculpture Park FINANCIAL & ADMINISTRATIVE • Retired existing organizational debt & deficit• Complete restructure of the financial operating and reporting systems • Increased ticket sales, sponsorship and revenue as a direct result of programming. • An increase in funding from all major funding partners including the Ohio Arts Council, ArtsWave, City of Hamilton and the Hamilton Community Foundation.COMMUNITY ENGAGEMENT • Development of an extensive Community Engagement program throughout greater Hamilton and Butler County• 2018 Partner of the Year, Butler County Board of Developmental Disabilities • Development and Management of the StreetSpark Mural Program PROMOTION, MEDIA & MARKETING • Full rebranding of the Fitton Center, including the development of integrated design throughout all marketing elements• Regular promotional coverage on all local Cincinnati TV stations • Organization of the Hamilton (the musical) promotional shoot with the American Cape sculpture in downtown Hamilton with international coverage
