The Sisense On Boarding Process (OBP) effectively engages all new Sisense clients, accelerating the client's learning curve by providing personal and customized training on the Sisense environment with the client's own data. The OBP successfully establishes optimal client adoption at the earliest points of usage, promising customer satisfaction much above industry standards and ultimately ensuring high client renewal and negative churn rates. The OBP evangelizes the Sisense BI implementation methodology, which I lead it's conceptualization, development and implementation.Responsible for a team of 8 Engagement Managers (EM) & BI developers, located in TLV & NYC reporting to the Director & VP of Customer Success (CS).Planning, Implementing & Managing all elements relating to our on boarding process (OBP) including full BI project life-cycle implementation, project management supervision, KPI development and on-going monitoring of all team member's open projects.At any given time I am responsible for overseeing 200 new client projects to ensure successful OBP delivery and complete client engagement ensuring self-sufficiency for their future BI needs.At my current role I am one of few true product influencers, representing the entire client base, with an active part of determining the product’s new features, enhancements and future road-map in order to optimize our product suite to client requirements and effectiveness

In April 2014 I relocated to Sisense HQ, NYC, where I recruited, trained and managed a team of 4 post sale agents focusing on BI project implementation and consultancy. I was responsible for the team’s complete on boarding, and overall performance. This included:• Acting as the main technical focal point for the entire NYC office, both internally and externally. Together with the team, I provided OBP’s, training, KB development, community, support, and many more materials, resources, services and processes.• Provided full BI project implementation and training for a variety of businesses and organizations following the Sisense BI implementation methodology.• Met with clients, provided frontal training, received feedback regarding our product to communicate back to R&D and product teams, met with prospects to investigate and deliver POC’s for the sales process and more.

I led the development, maintenance and management of many of the currently formalized processes Sisense provides clients today. Responsibilities are listed below:• On-going work and collaboration with R&D, Product, Marketing and Sales departments to ever enhance the Sisense environment. • Acting as the essential interface between the Sisense clients’ base to Sisense, internally communicating clients’ needs, concerns, and feedback, while prioritizing product enhancements, bug fixes, features and timelines with both front-end and back-end teams.• Conceptualizing, developing and maintaining the Sisense BI implementation methodology - Agile and iterative BI project implementation.• Training development and management, sole developer and manager for the entire Sisense training program. • On Boarding process for clients, development, management and ownership • Professional services implementation• POC implementation for prospects to support the sales process• Recruited and trained additional CS agents, in all sub teams• Worked with Marketing department to ensure external material quality
