I managed an open house for Jews from the Diaspora and lead a community of Jewish students and young professionals: • production and management of events as well as production of seminars - from content building to design, marketing and advertising (managing an Instagram and Facebook page - https://www.facebook.com/laviberlin)• Creating interpersonal connections and working relationships between different international bodies while promoting inter-community projects

Throughout my experience I was responsible for: • Manage and solve creatively unexpected challenges; from mechanical through operational to social and personal issues - all under stressful conditions in the field.• Meticulously go through every little detail to ensure flawless execution of the plan - setting the highest bar possible.• Management of 60 soldiers during the training period, and command of a platoon in operational activities.
