As a Virologist with extensive biotech experience, I lead the Science and Technologies field at the Health Security and Intelligence Directorate, MOH , and the vaccination section at the Corona National Information and Knowledge Center. In these roles, I apply my deep understanding of SARS-CoV-2 and vaccination development, combined with my molecular biology expertise, to support the national response to the pandemic and the advancement of scientific knowledge and innovation.I hold a PhD in Virology and Medical Science from Bar-Ilan University School of Medicine, where I conducted cutting-edge research on cancer virology and medical sciences. I have also worked as a scientific researcher at MigVax, a pharmaceutical company, where I contributed to the development of novel vaccines and therapeutics. I have a solid background in leading research teams, cell culture growth, immunoassays, microscopy, gene editing, and molecular and cellular biology. I am passionate about advancing the field of virology and biotechnology, and collaborating with other experts and stakeholders to achieve impactful outcomes.
