Representative projets: Research of building rights usage ratio in Haifas' county towns, for the Haifa's planning authority, Commercial business potential analysis of north Binyamina's zone, as a basis for land uses decisions, financial feasibility checks for urban renewal projects and more.

Managed buildings renovation projects from the negotiation phase to execution. Coordinated multiple interfaces and services, located projects leads, tenders submissions, Joint Ventures Establishment and Entrepreneurship, preparation of Business plans, participation in project pitch meetings and selling presentations to assets owners.
