My role involves advising, translating, estimating risks, and identifying local article opportunities. My responsibilities during the war in Israel in October 2023 involved comprehensive coverage across diverse fields.Given the newspaper's stature, our team extensively covered various aspects of the conflict, including next-to-border reporting, economic implications, global geopolitical considerations, insights into political dynamics, and perspectives from senior military figures. Collaborating with seasoned journalists, my role was pivotal in ensuring accurate and culturally sensitive translations, providing strategic advice, and assessing potential risks associated with the coverage, leveraging my skills to bridge linguistic and cultural gaps in the pursuit of journalism.

As a member of the HUJI VC CLUB at the Hebrew University of Jerusalem, I've had the privilege of engaging with industry titans, boasting over $10 billion in combined asset management throughout the year. The club is more than just a platform. By actively participating, I've gained practical tools and insights, learning to venture into the VC industry myself. The strong networking platform within the club has allowed me to connect with and learn from the foremost venture capital experts in Israel, providing a holistic understanding of the VC landscape.

As the co-founder and president of the Doshisha Innovation Community, my journey began at Doshisha University through MEXT (The Japanese government scholarship). I noticed a gap between Japanese students focused on job hunting and foreign exchange students engaged in cultural activities. This led to the creation of a platform bridging both groups, fostering collaboration, innovation, and cultural understanding.With over 100 members from 20 nationalities, the management team, comprised of Japanese and foreign MEXT scholarship recipients, worked closely with a dedicated teacher from Doshisha University. Over 9 months, we organized lectures by top Japanese companies, visited Kyoto-based companies, and established connections with local innovation hubs. Weekly events, including sessions with experts and participation in Kyoto Startup events, took part in Osaka 2025 Expo planning events and organized regular Nomikai events to strengthen our community bonds.A highlight was the SDG hackathon sponsored by a Kyoto hotel, where teams of Japanese and international students collaborated on innovative solutions, with winning teams receiving prizes.As I and my friends passed leadership to talented successors, the Doshisha Innovation Community continues to thrive. Today, members, both Japanese and foreign, initiate and participate in diverse events, ensuring the legacy of collaboration, innovation, and cultural exchange endures at Doshisha University.

During my internship at SivanS, a Tokyo-based Japanese marketing agency, I actively engaged online and in the Israel branch office, collaborating with a team of professionals. Our focus included identifying relevant startups for the Japanese market. SivanS, established in 2009, fosters a culture of creativity, self-integrity, and daringness. I have served as a Commander and Combat Photographer at the IDF Spokesperson Unit. Throughout my tenure, I actively participated in numerous operational teams, collaborating closely with various units of the IDF to capture compelling visual footage from the front lines. I had the honor of being assigned to the commando forces, undertaking special assignments that required exceptional expertise and adaptability.Operating under extreme conditions, I flawlessly executed the entire media production process, from capturing footage in the heat of battle to expertly editing and distributing it to media outlets. My ability to deliver impactful imagery under pressure has allowed me to effectively communicate the IDF's mission and achievements to a global audience.As a recipient of the Certificate of Excellency from the prestigious Commander Course, I led a team of dedicated combat photographers across multiple fronts. My responsibilities also extended to mentoring and training new combat photographers, imparting the essential skills of public relations, journalistic engagement, photography, videography, editing, and media exportation.
