Led the Digital Enterprise design strategy team at Capital One, teaching cross-disciplinary teams to apply human centered design methods while tackling our business partners’ toughest challenges. Developed the Financial Wellbeing framework that underpinned our innovation strategy for the flagship mobile app, and helped to launch several next generation financial services solutions for over 60 million customers.
