As Commercial Manager of Old Belvedere Rugby Club it is my responsibility to run all business matters of the club in an efficient and profitable manner. As CEO of Eye D Management I mainly (but not only) work in the Music business,representing acts, labels, retail outlets, venues, Companies and PR to enable acts to be seen and heard to an accomplished level so that they can in turn be set up for success.I looked after the Operations for a start up company called Lookmedia.ie responsible for future Media (digital signage, metrics, data capture, Drone Aerial photography, Sports Coverage, Music Video's).Having moved out of the IT sector as Managing Director for an SME of 22 staff I then moved into working as a music management consultant in 2010 and worked mainly with the band Big September and U2 tribute band Rattle and Hum. Key Responsibilities included management, promotion, radio plugging, pr, project management, tour scheduling and publishing from the music side and from IT side my Key Responsibilities included Management, Staff appraisals, Running budgets, Setting targets and new product development. In my music consultancy journey I succeeded in getting Big September's debut album "Ballroom Addicts" straight into the Irish overall album charts at number 6 and the Indie charts straight in at number 1. This was achieved through a close working relationship with HMV and Tower Records with regard to stocking the album for sale at all outlets as well as in store performances and personal signings with Big September.I have also been active in the past as president of Bray and District Chamber of Commerce (2011-2013) and am still a member of the officer board. Duties here included helping the organisation get back to breaking even from a very significant loss year on year.
