● As part of a team of seven engineers, I contributed to the development of Version 2.0 of the INTROSPEC application. INTROSPEC Settlement Automation System (SAS), a straight through processing solution with a multi-component core to handle clearing and settlement files from multiple schemes, local products and emerging channels inclusive. It includes support for multi-country, multi-currency transactions and includes the ability to post to different core banking platforms from a single settlement workflow. It Supports bulk and line entry settlement validation with the ability to classify different types of transactions e.g. originating transaction, reversals, chargeback, interchange fees etc. This version was targeted at solving bugs, upgrading dependencies to newer version for more efficiency, enhances speed of processing settlement, MFA, customized request and Implementation of Interswitch and AMEX scheme. The Application serves Ecobank Transnational with all its 33 affiliates.● Provide support for BAU (Business As Usual) on INTROSPEC, providing timely resolutions for issues according to the priority and severity level.● Support provider for an INTROSPEC Application used by Ecobank Africa, resolving 95% of issues as they arrive.
