After completion of my graduation I start work as a management trainee in Economic transformation initiative co funded by IFAD The of ETI is to reduce poverty in rural areas through Agriculture income.My task on ETI is Nursery and orchard management and iam also focal person of two VPGs (Village producer's group) of Vertical farming of cucumber and tomato beneficiaries of these two VPGs are earn more capital with the low utilization of land one tunnel size is 12*100 feet which is 4.4 Marla. My second job is in Agribusiness support fund as a Business mobilization Officer.My tasks in this organization are:• Identification of Clusters/valleys.• Mobilizing farmers in cooperatives (Business cooperatives).• Registering clusters as cooperatives under Cooperative Societies Act 1925.• Building the Capacity of cooperatives.• Preparation of prefeasibility and business plans/ ideas.• Business plan development.• Business plan approval.• On-going support (follow-up) to cooperatives in activity implementation.• Creation of 20 public-private-producer partnership using IFADs 4P Model.• Ongoing handholding, coaching and process improvement of existing 4Ps (Mamo Dairy, MONAFFA etc).• Establishment of 3 Regional farmers’ cooperative organizations.• Establishment of provincial body of farmers (Provincial Farmers Association).• Implementation Regional farmer’s cooperative organizations Business Plans.• On-going Planning, Monitoring and Evaluation.• Policy dialogues on Agriculture.
