I worked with Ms Haji Gulab Construction Company as a Civil Site Engineer and my sole responilties for the project are the following:1)Study of construction drawings and ensure that all civil site works are being carried as per approved drawings and scope of work.2)Ensuring Safety Procedures, Mitigating Risks and Hazards.3)Training workers, Supervision of activities to complete it safely.4)Reporting Accidents and preparing complete report of an incident.5)Guiding workers regarding use of PPEs.6)Supervising reinforced concrete multi stories buildings, supervision and layout of reinforcement and concrete structures like as footings, columns DPC, plinth beams, lintels, floor beams, stairs, roof slabs, waist slabs and shear wall.7)Preparing and implementing Quality control plan, inspection and testing plans to suit the specific quality requirements of the project8)Checking of bar bending schedule for all above mentioned structures.9)Developing operations, ensuring and maintaining quality.10)Verifying various layouts and their supervision on site.11) Certifying engineering instrument performance; arranging equipment replacement, service, and repair.Supervision of subcontractors performing the construction work.12)Coordinate with Client engineers for material inspection.13)Coordinate with design team for site related problems.14)Ensure safety and quality of work at all the time.15)Supervision for Frame structure form Work, Steel Work, and Concrete & Finishing Work.
