 Managing multiple teams engaged across various projects.  Involved in strategic planning of Account Growth and Profitability (ROI) management. Visiting the Delivery Unit locations, with regular travel to these locations to have people engagement. Visiting Customer Locations to ensure better customer engagements and delivery reviews. Periodical reviews with customers on delivery efficiency.  Responsible for managing teams by ensuring career growth for individuals; recognizing and developing talents; identifying and filling skills gaps; own and driving career plans to help develop a dynamic and responsive team to assist customers in driving value from their IT investments.

As a Sr. Project Manager my responsibilities include creating and executing project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet changing needs and requirements along with identifying resources requirements. - Manage day-to-day operational aspects of a project and scope- Review deliverables prepared by team - Apply life cycle methodology and enforce project standards- Prepare engagement reviews and quality assurance procedures- Minimize exposure and risk on project- Ensure project documents are complete, current, and stored appropriately- Track and report team hours and expenses on a weekly basis- Manage project budgetApart from above mentioned responsibilities I am also responsible for day-to-day interaction with client to set and manage the expectations and continually seek opportunities to increase customer satisfaction and deepen client relationships.
