• Responsible for driving the factory culture through positive example setting, core values, quality, and with a focus on internal and external stakeholder needs.• Oversees production orders and schedules to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, product specifications and scheduled delivery dates are available in order to plan operations of functional groups. Provides oversight in coordinating all operations pre and post production including but not limited to material procurement, material inspections, warehousing, and shipment. Ensures a coordinated effort between managers and supervisors of all functional areas.• Work with the financial team to implement measures and metrics to ensure financial goals are met, including meeting cost standards, monitoring and maintaining operation efficiencies, development and implementation of cost reductions, and the development and meeting of operational budgets.• Reviews production and operating reports and performance indicators, and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance issues to ensure minimum costs, prevent operational delays and ensure product quality.• Analyze, evaluate and present information to General manager concerning factors such as quality standards, production capabilities, manufacturing problems, people development, and economic trends.• Conduct regular meetings with the factory departments team to establish clear expectations, get and give feedback regarding progress toward goal attainment.• Confer with engineers about quality assurance of new products rectify issues.• Maintain general working area and plant.

• Prepare various reports and statistical analysis as final recap for clients as well as Top Management & vice president• Compile and calculate the daily error reports and disseminate to managers to process 24 hour errors’ correction/Review • Assist management in dividing the work and distributing it among employees in addition to train and motivate new hires • Perform quality checks on over 1,000 documents, checks, credit cards for accuracy and approval prior to outsourcing• Manage quality control of over 3,000 daily of pharmaceutical records and payments with 0% error ratio • Support Staff at the MINT(Passport Department) outsource, and other departments in high volume seasons as needed

• Recruit, hire, train, evaluate and counsel store employees. • Schedule, organize and direct assignments• Develop and implement employee performance evaluations and improvement plans.• Effectively manage employee turnover. Provide a positive working environment and handle employee issues appropriately and in a timely manner.• Resolve customer problems or complaints by determining optimal solutions.• Ensure interior and exterior of store is maintained to company standards• Communicate, execute, and manage marketing and merchandising programs.• Conduct regular store meetings.• Ensure employee awareness of safety and emergency procedures.• Maintain and utilize surveillance equipment

• Prepare sales plan, compare it with actual statements at the end of each month• Verify inventory level and approve all merchandise orders• Coordinate customer assistance thru detail knowledge of each department• Provide exceptional customer service and ensure the employees also provide the same level of service• Manage store revenue, including cash handling, deposit reconciliation and delivery of deposits to bank.• Management of all store operational issues, to include store housekeeping, store administrative duties, physical inventories, price changes, etc.
