Designation: Production Supervisor (from Dec-2008 to Dec-2011)Reporting to: Field Superintendent Key Responsibilities / Accountability• Ensure that all employees under his supervision are full aware of their job description and what required of them.• Ensure a full understanding of the Station trouble shooting and safety’s. • Issue Permits to Work to employees and sub-contractors working in the field and ensure safety regulations are observed.• Planning and work preparation for daily activities in the field.• Follow up daily production and report to head to office.• Ensure Sr. operator performs his tasks: production accounting and well test, report and investigate leaks, train operators and report facility problems.• To ensure that all accidents within the field area of control reported and thoroughly investigated.• Discuss production problems and optimizations with Field superintendent. • Order operations materials (consumables) via Oracle.• Ensure operators perform operations routine tasks.

Designation: Senior Production operator (from Dec-2006 to Dec-2008)Reporting to: Production Supervisor Key Responsibilities / Accountability • Monitors all conditions at the well site as related to well performance and safety.• Familiarize with and keep relevant documentation in the stations up to date and readily available for use.• Reports well performance anomalies to superior and takes corrective action as directed.• Operates and monitors the performance of separators and gas liquids knock out vessels.• Monitors vessel fluid levels and pressures, reports anomalies and adjusts controls as directed.• Monitors and operates turbine, eddy current and orifice flow meters, custody transfer meters and change orifice plates and meter as process demands.• Monitors operations including engine fluid levels, engine and compressor temperatures.• Recognizes abnormal sounds and vibrations and other potential safety problems at inception and takes appropriate action to prevent equipment damage, loss of production or a serious safety hazard to develop.• Report to Production Supervisor on daily activities and work progress.• Obtains product samples and performs minor analysis.• Monitors chemical injection pump rates and levels in chemical make-up drums.• Mix chemicals and fill drums using safe established procedures.• Observes and affects meter proving and determines whether there are discrepancies and reasons for such discrepancies.• Sees to it that data gathered are recorded accurately and properly correlated and reports any questionable or abnormal readings to his superior.• Accomplishes assigned tasks as reflected in the weekly, monthly, bi-monthly and annual operating instructions.• Does other related jobs as requested by Field Superintendent such as :- Well Head and flow line or any modification require designing- Supervising all hook-up, dismantling and cleaning of vessels
