• Transferred information of 7,863 Missing Persons and 5,545 Enquirers from their Tracing Request paper-based form in a case management tool (Prot6).• Transferred information of 853 minors and vulnerable persons from their paper-based form into prot6.• Transferred information of 356 detainees’ information from the detention cards collected into prot6 and also updated their detention history.• Assisted in the continuous update of the follow up information of 25,476 Re-establishment n of Family Links (RFL) active cases into prot6 – which is gotten from the protection Field Officers in the filed via the Service Task Management (STM).• Provided continuous support to the to the Protection field Officers on the efficient use of Prot6. • Assisted in the closing of 4,383 RFL cases when the fate of the missing person is clarified.• Created 45 dashboards as indicators and 15 reports as working list for Protection Field officers using SQL and MS Excel. • Inputted the information of the assistance provided to the detainees on ECOSEC planning monitoring tool (EPMT). • Requisition & Maintenance of office stationery stock• Ensured all the RFL cases and their follow-ups are filed in the RFL cabinets.

• Transferred information from 1,355 clients’ paper-based folder into its EMR database called the OpenMRS starting from the clients’ initial clinic visit till date. • Oversee the logistics of Electronic Medical Records (EMR) hardware devices (such as laptops, desktop, internet cables, switches and routers) at the service delivery points of the supported Health facilities.• Assigned static IP Addresses to the 76 allocated laptops and desktop as well as create providers, usernames and passwords of EMR leads of the supported health Facilities.• Undergone continuous triangulation of clients’ paper-based folders and its EMR equivalent at the end of the day so as to ensure high quality and consistent data. • Trained the 25 project staffs and 37 EMR leads of the supported health Facilities on the efficient use of the Electronic Medical Records (EMR).• Ensured all EMR forms are in use by all service providers at real time according to the standard operating procedures and are backed up at the end of the day.• Facilitated in timely weekly and monthly data reporting to the country office; communicated the site level challenges, performance and suggested the best ways forward.
