After the take over of Saffron Digital by NeuLion Inc., one of the largest OTT/ VOD platform providers in the world with multiple tier 1 clients, I was given the role to lead the technology/ product/ programme teams in Europe for NeuLion, key responsibilities included ownership and execution of the product roadmap, managing delivery teams, senior stakeholder management, client consultation, system integration.

Ownership of the technology, product delivery and operations within Saffron Digital group. Key responsibility was to transform the business from a standard agency model to a product/ technology organisation. Transformation included top down restructuring and business process re-engineering and platform redesign moving from classically hosted LAMP based architecture to AWS containerised cloud based architecture. Organisational changes included to improve delivery and be more agile including identifying new roles such as DevOps, that improved the SDLC, quality and productivity.
