Controller

As a business analyst I am responsible for the selection and finding the best business opportunities for the company. This activity results in several reports of market opportunities, business cases, success analysis and advice for buying and selling of property.As a project controller I am responsible for planning and cost control of larger commercial projects and the repair & maintenance of the total investment portfolio. I make monthly management reports and discuss these with the project managers. As a financial controller I am busy with planning, job costing, progress monitoring and where necessary adjustment of the project. I am strongly involved in Investment Analysis and tenders. I execute due diligence investigations and make buying / selling advises. I make monthly forecasts and cash flow statement for each project and consolidated variance analysis.
