Curtin University Library is an essential part of the university with 2 million visits a year. I was offered the promotion to Library Officer after 3 years as a Library Student Assistant to take up the responsibilities of data management, processing of client information, redesigning the management of the internal training website, supervisor for library Enquiries Desk. I later was chosen to take over management of the library’s informational posters for client behaviour and information. - Produced poster designs within university and library guidelines- Developed strategic poster and sign design for bi-annual implementation of a large silent zone for the exam period which was overwhelmingly positively received by clients and staff- Analysed and reconfigured internal Wordpress website of 200 individual pages creating a more coherant and user friendly website- Runner up for annual Library Innovation Initiative Competition 2016- Trained as Enquiries Desk Supervisor- Trained as Chief Warden

I was responsible for returning borrowed books to shelves, shelf checking – ensuring books are in order and presentable on shelves, locating books for students as well as scanning documents for staff.

AIESEC is the world’s largest non-profit youth-run organization. It is an international non-governmental not-for-profit organization that provides young people with leadership development, cross-cultural global internships, and volunteer exchange experiences across the globe. The organization focuses on empowering young people to make a positive impact on society. The AIESEC network includes approximately 27,000 members in 127 countries.- Increased retention rate of committee members from previous year- Produced weekly educational sessions for whole committee with powerpoint presentations and organised external speakers- Ran educational sessions

In this role I dealt with all logistical requirements of program and created all of the official documents. I was also required to track student registrations and attendance as well as email external clients.
