• Was one of the first testers on the project, where created approximately 400 detailed and comprehensive test cases using TestRail. These test cases formed the backbone of a regression run that covered the majority of the project’s features. Executed and analyzed regression testing• Introduced GNS3 (a network software emulator) into the project, which greatly simplified the construction of topologies for testing. This tool not only became invaluable for both testers and developers, but also significantly improved efficiency and fostered collaboration within the team• Following my successful contributions to the main project, was entrusted with leading the testing efforts for one of the sub-projects• Developed detailed instructions and documentation using Confluence for key features• Reported Bugs using JIRA and collaborated closely with the development team to resolve bugs• Made modifications to the autotest configurations in the Test Automation Framework using Python

Worked simultaneously on three projects, and successfully switched between them to achieve goals:• Conducted cross-browser testing of the Web interface with DevTools of two different L3 Switches. Identified, reported and tracked bugs using JIRA/Redmine. Served as the sole tester on this project• Developed and executed a test plan and test cases using TestRail for the new basic functionality CLI of the SD-WAN Router. Prepared comprehensive CLI Command Reference documentation• Created a setup with an L2 Switch in working state under load. And for certification compliance equipment was subjected to various environmental changes such as temperature, humidity, etc

• Provided maintenance of server (Supermicro, HP, Dell) and network (Cisco, D-Link, Ubiquiti, HP, Mikrotik) equipment that served about 10,000 users• Improved connection point identification and accelerated troubleshooting by restructuring the cabling system in server racks• Successfully migrated multiple servers from FreeBSD to Linux, enhancing system reliability• Deployed the eduroam international roaming service for all university users, which allowed them to have access to the Internet in educational institutions around the world that support eduroam• Conducted operating system upgrades, performance monitoring and maintained regular backups to prevent the loss of critical files and configuration settings
